Located at 770 Bay Street in downtown Toronto, this thirty storey tower completes the last remaining piece of a site designed to accommodate three residential buildings. A three-storey podium provides appropriate urban scale at street level. The podium encompasses retail at grade and extensive indoor amenity spaces on the second floor. Above, the tower is articulated with projecting balconies framed by a solid precast concrete wall that incorporates a pattern of coloured spandrel glass openings. A roof-top garden and amenity space are defined by a dramatic overhanging roof.
