Along with the Rekai Long Term Care Facility, this building maintains a health-care presence on the lands formerly occupied by the Wellesley Hospital. The remainder of the site accommodates a new condominium tower as well as a new public park filled with a grid of London Plane trees designed by Cornelia Oberlander. The building provides facilities for a variety of clients under the care of two community groups: Fife House and Woodgreen Community Services. The lower two floors are designed as the new headquarters of Fife House while the upper residential floors provide units ranging from studios to six bedroom apartments with shared living and kitchen spaces. All residents share in the ground floor meeting and multi-purpose rooms that overlook the park. The roof top facilities include an outdoor terrace with distant views of the downtown Toronto skyline. The exterior façade of the building incorporates coloured spandrel panels and vision glazing within a playful pattern of light coloured masonry verticals.
